Are you in the Microsoft university program? At the end of the day, your up against a hard place, Xilinx don't make the board you have and Xilinx say ISE does not work in windows 10, Personal, I agree with you, not having ISE in windows 10, is a xillnx disappointing decision, Say good by cpld's et all, but thats how the land is You need to realy talk to the people who you purchsed the boards from, but I have feeling your out of luck there, hence reason I'm suggesting going back to windows 7, via difference vmware workstation 12 and download virtual pc.
